At Aizza Trends, each product is carefully handcrafted by skilled artisans using natural and eco-friendly materials. We are committed to delivering high-quality handmade products and a smooth shopping experience.
Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility (7-Day Policy)

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Product received is defective

  • Wrong item received

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue must be shared

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging

2. Handmade Product Disclaimer

All our products are 100% handmade.
Minor variations in the following are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and are not considered defects:

  • Color

  • Weave

  • Texture

  • Finish

  • Slight size variations

Such variations do not qualify for return or refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or dimensions selected by the customer

  • Color variations due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution

  • Custom-made or made-to-order products

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or wear after delivery

4. Return Request Process

If your order qualifies for a return:

  1. Email us at khandloom01@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery

  2. Share:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos/videos showing the issue

  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days

  4. If approved, we will guide you through the return process

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping

  • For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Aizza Trends will arrange or bear the return shipping cost

  • We are not responsible for returns sent without authorization

6. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

7. Customs Duties & Taxes

✅ All customs duties and import taxes are paid by Aizza Trends.
Customers will not be charged any customs fees for approved returns or refunds.

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order

  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled

9. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after confirmation:

  1. Check with your bank or payment provider
