Return & Exchange Policy – Aizza Trends
At Aizza Trends, we value your satisfaction and want you to shop with confidence. Please read our policy carefully:
1. Damage/Defect Returns
We accept returns only if the product received is damaged or defective.
To request a return, email us at Aizzatrendsindia@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with clear photos/video of the damaged item and your order number.
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on how to return the item.
Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 6-7 business days after inspection.
2. Clothing Size Exchange (First Time Free)
One-time free size exchange is available only for clothing items.
Exchange request must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
he first size exchange is free of shipping charges; any further exchanges will attract actual courier charges.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags & packaging intact.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Home improvement items, jute rugs, and accessories are not eligible for return or size exchange unless damaged/defective.
Customized or sale/discounted products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.
4. Conditions
Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Aizza Trends reserves the right to decline a return/exchange if the product shows signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
